Article 10 of the Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level stipulates the task of supporting administrative management of social order of this force as follows:

1. Support the Commune Police in obtaining information on the activities of business establishments in industries and trades with conditions on security and order in the area under their management. In case of directly detecting or receiving information about violations of the law, they must immediately report to the Commune Police directly in charge.

2. Grasp demographic information, support the Commune Police to check population, temporary residence, and temporary absence in the area of ​​responsibility.

3. Propaganda and mobilize agencies, organizations and people in the area to declare and hand over fireworks, weapons, explosives and supporting tools according to regulations.

4. In the process of performing the tasks specified in Clauses 1, 2 and 3 of this Article, if any violation of the law is discovered, it must be immediately reported to the commune-level police directly in charge and supported to promptly prevent it.

Thus, the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level has the task of assisting the commune-level police in grasping information about the activities of business establishments in industries and professions with conditions on security and order in the area under their management according to the above regulations.
