    Article 4, Circular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training provides for tutoring and extra classes (effective from 14.2.2025) stipulating cases of not being taught, organized teaching Add as follows:

    1. Do not organize tutoring for elementary school students, except for the following cases: fostering art, sports, training of life skills.

    2. Teachers who are teaching at schools are not taught in addition to the school with students' money to students, but the teacher is being assigned by the school to teach according to the school's educational plan.

    3. Teachers from public schools are not allowed to participate in management and administration but can participate in tutoring outside the school.

    Thus, the principals of public schools are not allowed to participate in management and administration of tutoring outside the school as prescribed above.
