Article 10 of the Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level stipulates the task of supporting administrative management of social order of this force as follows:

1. Support the Commune Police in obtaining information on the activities of business establishments in industries and trades with conditions on security and order in the area under their management. In case of directly detecting or receiving information about violations of the law, they must immediately report to the Commune Police directly in charge.

2. Grasp demographic information, support commune-level police in checking population, temporary residence, and temporary absence in the area of ​​responsibility.

3. Propaganda and mobilize agencies, organizations and people in the area to be responsible for declaring and handing over fireworks, weapons, explosives and supporting tools according to regulations.

4. In the process of performing the tasks specified in Clauses 1, 2 and 3 of this Article, if any violation of the law is discovered, it must be immediately reported to the commune-level police directly in charge and supported to promptly prevent it.

Thus, the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level has the task of grasping demographic information and supporting the commune-level police in checking the population in the area under their charge according to the above regulations.
