Incorrect information about health insurance on VNeID, how to enjoy benefits?

Points b, d, clause 2, Article 11, Decree 188/2025/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Health Insurance Law stipulating the issuance of health insurance cards (including first-time issuance, re-issuance) and adjusting health insurance card information are implemented as follows:

b) Health insurance participants or agencies and organizations managing active subjects choose to issue electronic health insurance cards or issue paper health insurance cards on the Participation Declaration or list of participants. In case of changing personal information or changing benefits information, health insurance participants must provide scanned copies of relevant documents and materials to submit together with the Declaration on the National Public Service Portal or through the application of the social insurance agency or submit directly at the one-stop-shop of the social insurance agency assigned to receive or send via public postal service to the social insurance agency assigned to receive;

d) In case of issuing an electronic health insurance card, within 05 working days from the date of receiving sufficient dossiers as prescribed in points a, b and c of this clause, the social insurance agency shall return the results of the electronic health insurance card to the digital social insurance application (VssID), personal email (email), linked to the level 2 electronic identification account (VNeID). Health insurance participants use electronic devices with VNeID or VssID applications installed and logged in with internet connection to receive electronic health insurance cards.

Thus, if a person has incorrect information about health insurance on VNeID, they must provide a photocopy (scan) of relevant documents and materials to submit together with the Declaration on the National Public Service Portal or through the application of the social insurance agency or submit directly at the one-stop-shop of the social insurance agency assigned to receive or send via public postal service to the social insurance agency assigned to receive for updates.
