Met Gala 2026 - the most prestigious fashion event in the world - will take place on May 5 (Vietnam time) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York (USA).
This year, the program is themed "Fashion is art", associated with the Spring exhibition of the Institute of Costume.
Before the event, the organizers announced the list of confirmed guests, while a series of luxurious Met Gala pre-party parties were also continuously held, contributing to stirring up the atmosphere in New York.

Notably, all four Blackpink members have confirmed that they will appear together on the red carpet this year. This is a rare time for the public to witness Jennie, Lisa, Rosé and Jisoo gathering at a major fashion event after many years, promising to create a strong media attraction.
The special focus belongs to Lisa when she officially participates in the Host Committee of Met Gala 2026.
This role not only affirms the influence of female artists in the international fashion industry but also marks a significant step forward for Kpop in the world-class playground.
Faces belonging to the Host Committee often participate in promoting the theme, contributing to shaping the heat of the event and receiving many favors in terms of appearance on the red carpet.
Met Gala is an annual fundraising event for the Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute, from an internal party to a fashion night gathering the world's leading stars and powerful figures.
Since 1995, the event has been run by Anna Wintour, each year associated with a theme related to the spring fashion exhibition.
The 2026 Met Gala has co-chairs including Beyoncé, Nicole Kidman, Venus Williams and Anna Wintour; Host Committee brings together many names such as Lisa (Blackpink), Doja Cat, Sam Smith, Zoë Kravitz and Sabrina Carpenter.
The event usually welcomes about 600 guests, the list is kept secret, guests do not use phones. The program includes exhibition tours, dinner parties and art performances, and raises tens of millions of USD each year and creates many global fashion imprints.
