On the evening of October 11, the program "Heritage Steps" took place at the central stage of the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, a unique highlight of the 1st World Cultural Festival in Hanoi.
With the spirit of "Connecting - sharing - spreading love", the final part of the program ended with an auction and a charity donation to support people in localities heavily affected by floods.

The most beautiful outfits to be auctioned come from designers (NTKs) in the program's collection, including: CEO Van Hang (Desilk ao dai brand), Vu Viet Ha, Nguyen Mi (Coc Vu Mi Xiem Y), Anh Thu (Nhan An ao dai brand) and Ha Trinh (Hanuo).

The second part of the auction continues with items with rich artistic value and humanistic meaning, including: the pottery set "Mother and Child", a large miserable painting depicting the countryside of Vietnam, and a series of sophisticated pearl bracelets.
In particular, People's Artist Xuan Bac - Director of the Department of Performing Arts, along with People's Artist Tu Long, suddenly appeared, accompanying the two MCs in the role of auction leaders, contributing to bringing a warm and emotional atmosphere.

Before entering the second auction, People's Artist Xuan Bac - a member of the Organizing Committee of the 1st World Cultural Festival in Hanoi - introduced a short clip recording the sincere sharing of people in disaster areas. That image reminds everyone of the profound meaning of volunteer activities, a bridge of love to help people soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
When leading the auction of the ceramic bottle with the theme of maternal love, People's Artist Tu Long also spontaneously performed a part in the song "Mother loves child" - which caused strong emotions in the program "Anh trai vu ngan cong gai" - making the space calm and emotional.
At the end of the auction, a total of 2.5 billion VND was raised from benefactors and attendees. The entire amount will be sent to support people in areas affected by storms and floods, contributing to spreading the spirit of mutual love of the Vietnamese people.

Previously, in his opening speech at the festival on the evening of October 10, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that Vietnam is currently going through a natural disaster of "storm over storm, flood over flood".
In the third quarter alone, Vietnam has suffered 8 storms, in September alone, there were 4 storms. A part of the people are struggling with difficulties caused by natural disasters.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister sent his most profound condolences and sharing to localities and families that have suffered losses and damages to people and property; at the same time, called for the contribution, cooperation and sharing of people nationwide and international friends.
Millions of arms turn to compatriots affected by storms and floods
Consecutive storms No. 8, 9.10 (Bualoi) and floods caused by the storm have killed, left missing, and injured 165 people; many houses and production and business establishments have had their roofs blown off and suffered heavy damage. People across the northern mountainous provinces and the central provinces are struggling to cope with floods and heavy losses in human lives and property due to floods and thunderstorms.
"A piece of food when hungry is worth a package when full", with the spirit of mutual love that has always been a beautiful image of the Vietnamese people, the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund calls on domestic and foreign philanthropists to join hands to share with people affected by floods to have food, clothing, shelter, students have books to go to school...
The Golden Heart Social Charity Fund would like to sincerely thank the precious feelings of agencies, businesses, and domestic and foreign philanthropists.
