Outstanding teacher, director Nguyen Van Phuc - former Vice Principal of Stage 2 School, has left many affectionate feelings for his students over the years.

According to information from the family, outstanding teacher and director Nguyen Van Phuc passed away at the age of 89 on August 30 due to poor health.

His passing left many regrets for the art world and the student generation.

Director Nguyen Van Phuc was born in 1937, from Hanoi.

During his lifetime, he was an excellent teacher, and was the Vice Principal of the University of Theatre and Cinema (now the University of Theatre and Cinema, Ho Chi Minh City).

Throughout his career, he wrote the book "Stage and Cinema Performing Arts" that caused a lot of buzz.

In addition to his role as a director and teacher, he also participated in acting in the film "Du gio co thoi".

After retiring, he continued to teach students and always participated with them in their journey to conquer the audience.

It is known that when he was seriously ill, he still kept following and supporting his students.

Many famous artists today are his students such as Minh Nhi, People's Artist Trinh Kim Chi, Quyen Linh, Dai Nghia...

Nguyen Van Phuc is an excellent teacher, director, actor and enthusiastic author, who has contributed to creating the current generation of Vietnamese directors and actors with his teaching talent, understanding of student psychology and the spirit of dedication to art.
