Jason Derulo's incident is not uncommon in Vietnam, before that, in 2017, superstar Ariana Grande disappointed Vietnamese fans when she canceled her participation in the "Dangerous woman" concert in Ho Chi Minh City just a few hours before the show.
She shared on her personal page that due to poor health, she was not allowed to perform. The female singer also apologized to the Vietnamese audience for buying tickets because they loved her. At that time, the organizers in Vietnam refunded the tickets to the audience and made efforts to remedy the damage.
