After the lawyer representing Dam Vinh Hung and singer Bich Tuyen and her husband spoke out about the $50 million lawsuit, on March 14, Dam Vinh Hung continued to share something that attracted attention.
On his personal page, he announced that he will soon have a performance schedule in Poland. This is the first time in 10 years that the male singer has returned to this country.
He also said that he received many invitations from other countries such as France, Germany, Finland, Norway... to perform for the audience.
However, Dam Vinh Hung refused because he had to worry about his health and wanted to go home to send his son to school. Dam Vinh Hung blamed the audience and hoped to return to perform around June, July and August.
It is known that after the accident at singer Bich Tuyen's house, Dam Vinh Hung still participated in the performance. However, the male singer said that his health was affected and he had difficulty moving flexibly on stage.
In the past, Dam Vinh Hung often participated in large and small singing activities abroad. He could not perform domestically due to a 9-month ban on performing.
Previously, in July 2024, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued a decision to administratively sanction Mr. Huynh Minh Hung, singer Dam Vinh Hung. Accordingly, the fine was 27.5 million VND and the performance was suspended for 9 months for wearing a strange badge in the live show "Ngay em den sao troi".
Thus, as of March 2025, the male singer has only complied with the ban for 8 months. It was not until April 2025 that Dam Vinh Hung was able to sing again.
In a notice sent to the media on March 12 about the incident, Dhillon Law Group - legal representative of Dam Vinh Hung, confirmed that his accident leading to the loss of 4 toes was real: "A large concrete fountain, which was said to be being used incorrectly to make a stage for performances and drinking water, suddenly collapsed into his feet. The incident caused serious injuries, including having to amputate four toes after emergency surgery."
After that, the legal representative of singer Bich Tuyen and her husband shared with Lao Dong Newspaper that the lawyer of Dhillon Law Group was distorting the details of the lawsuit. At the same time, Gerard Richard Williams provided a video recording Dam Vinh Hung arbitrarily climbing a fountain in the villa's grounds, then falling. The incident occurred in February 2024.
"Despite complaints about serious injuries, Dam Vinh Hung has since continued to perform in Vietnam and the US," said the lawyer of singer Bich Tuyen and her husband.
