Dorii Pro Entertainment Media Event Co., Ltd. has just sent an apology letter for the incident in the coordination of the social security program in the Ly Son Special Zone on July 21, 2026.
The apology letter was sent to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ngai province; Ly Son Special Zone People's Committee; School Boards of Directors in Ly Son Special Zone; parents and all students; press agencies and audiences.
According to the initial project and plan, the program to award 50 social security gifts to disadvantaged students in Ly Son was arranged to be organized during breaks, completely separate from the performance competitions of the program.
However, during the event on the afternoon of July 21, 2026, due to prolonged hot weather conditions in Ly Son, with the desire to ensure the health and safety of the students, the stage coordination department proactively brought the students to the stand area earlier than expected.
This unflexible and loose handling of the situation led to students wearing uniforms sitting in the front row of the stands at the right time when the swimsuit performance was taking place, creating offensive images and causing public outrage.
The Organizing Committee (BTC) frankly acknowledged that, although originating from the purpose of protecting the health of students, the lack of a plan for traffic diversion, evacuation and arrangement of separate spaces is a serious omission in the stage coordination and management of the organizing team.
The incident has affected the cultural and educational environment, upset local authorities, caused anxiety for parents, negatively impacted the psychology of students and reduced the prestige of the program.
The Organizing Committee respectfully apologizes to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ngai province and the People's Committee of Ly Son Special Zone for the coordination incident that created unwanted public opinion, affecting state management and the cultural and tourism image of the locality.
The Organizing Committee sent sincere apologies to the School Board of Directors, parents and 50 students for the shortcomings that affected the initial humanistic meaning of the social security gift-giving activity. The purpose of the Organizing Committee is to send encouragement to the children, there is absolutely no policy for them to participate or watch competitions that are not suitable for their age.
The Organizing Committee seriously received all comments and frank criticisms, and at the same time asked to take full responsibility before public opinion; seriously learned from experience and overcame shortcomings.
