Pre-final information
Previously, the Semi-final round took place on the evening of November 19 with competitions for swimsuits and evening gowns. However, no contestants were eliminated from this round.
According to the Organizing Committee of Miss Universe 2025, this year's contest will have a new format. Accordingly, after the Top 30, there will be no Top 10, instead there will be Top 12. With the expansion of 2 more positions, candidates will have more opportunities to go deeper into the next round.
Representative of Vietnam - Nguyen Huong Giang is considered one of the strongest opponents in this year's competition. The beauty attracted attention from Vietnam Idol 2012. After that, she worked as a singer, actress, presenter and content creator. Huong Giang once excellently won the title of Miss International Queen 2018.
At Miss Universe 2025, Huong Giang quickly received the attention of the beauty community. The Vietnamese representative is currently ranked 3rd in the beyond the Crown category, behind Paraguay and the Philippines. She also scored with high rankings in voting categories such as Most Beautiful People and People's Choice.
The top 3 contestants with the highest scores will receive awards from the Organizing Committee and have the opportunity to present their projects to the Jury. Thanks to that, the contestants have a good impression, increasing their chances of being in the Top finalists.
