On the afternoon of May 7, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang city organized the Announcement Program of Da Nang Food Tour 2026 - Danang Food Tour Festival 2026.
Da Nang Food Tour 2026 takes place from April 20 to May 5 at Bien Dong Park, Tam Thanh Sea Square and some other locations in the city.
In order to aim to make Da Nang a leading culinary destination in the region, this year's festival is expanded in scale, creatively invested with more than 100 booths, 70 street vendors and a multi-sensory music festival by the sea.
Not only enjoying, visitors can also directly "touch", "feel" and "live" with cuisine through a series of interactive activities, recreating the culinary picture of Quang region from traditional to modern.
Opening the series of events is the unique "Da Nang Taste" Parade (5pm, May 20) held for the first time to vividly recreate the street food culture of Quang land.
More than 70 food stalls are creatively designed, introducing a variety from local specialties, seafood, the flavor of the great forest to international cuisine and cool summer drinks.
The opening ceremony of Da Nang Food Tour 2026 will take place at 7:30 PM on May 21st at Bien Dong Park, recreating the culinary story of Quang region with emotional scenes.
The space "Essence of Quang Cuisine" (4pm - 11pm, May 20 - May 24) at Bien Dong Park gathers more than 200 local, regional and international culinary booths, along with OCOP products and typical agricultural products.
In addition, visitors can experience the check-in space "Colors of Quang Land" (May 20-24) at Bien Dong Park - a creative visual art highlight.
In particular, the Beer Fest Night (from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, May 23rd) at Bien Dong Park brings more than 5,000 diverse Food & Beer combos.
The great music festival (7:00 p.m. on May 24) brings together famous artists such as Noo Phuoc Thinh, (S)IN Trong Hieu, Karik, DJ Mie, Kimmese, Orange...
In addition, visitors can participate in "Experience the quintessence of Quang land" (6pm-6pm, 20-24-5) at Bien Dong Park. "Vi Bien" Food Festival (4pm-6pm, 22-24-5) at Tam Thanh Sea Square. "Hoi An Dong Folk Cake" Festival (8pm-8pm, 23-5) at Cam Chau market.
Within the framework of the Festival, the city introduces the Danang Food Tours 2026 series, expected to be implemented from May and throughout the year, including 5 programs: Da Nang Food Tour, Hoi An Food Tour, Dien Ban Food Tour, Tam Ky Food Tour and Dai Loc Food Tour.
The tour series is oriented to develop in depth, expanding the experience space to the South and surrounding areas, linking cuisine with indigenous life, community livelihoods and heritage space.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi - Vice Chairwoman of Da Nang City People's Committee said that this year's festival is not just an annual culinary event, but also an experiential journey - where cuisine is told in the language of emotions, memories and creativity.
The highlight of Da Nang Food Tour 2026 is the new approach: Bringing Quang cuisine out of the usual enjoyment framework to become a multi-sensory experience, where visitors can "touch - feel - live" with local culture," Ms. Thi said.
