The festival has highlights with main activities taking place in the center of Moscow - on Manezh Square and the exit to Revolution Square (near Red Square).
On the morning of the first day of Binh Ngo Tet 2026 (Tuesday, February 17, 2026), we went to see the Tet festival in Moscow in the cold of over minus 10 degrees Celsius. Although it was very cold, our hands and feet were almost unconscious, but everyone was eager to take many photos, capturing moments of the festival.
Remember, from July 25 - August 3, 2025, the Vietnam Culture Festival with the theme "Vietnam - Colors from the Tropics" and a series of cultural diplomacy activities in Russia to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Russia took place in Moscow. According to statistics from the Moscow Department of Tourism, during the 10 days of the event, the Festival attracted up to 968,000 visitors from the capital and tourists.
