    Quang Ninh - On the morning of October 30, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced the decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on merging units and personnel work under the department.

    Accordingly, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province decided to establish the Quang Ninh Provincial Museum - Library under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, on the basis of merging the Quang Ninh Provincial Museum and the Quang Ninh Provincial Library with the Quang Ninh Provincial Center for Culture, Information and Tourism Promotion (except for the task and organization of the tourism promotion apparatus).

    Quang Ninh Provincial Museum - Library is a public service unit under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, with legal status, its own seal and account according to the provisions of law; subject to the direction, management and organization of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and at the same time subject to professional and technical guidance from relevant agencies.

    Along with that, reorganize the Quang Ninh Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, on the basis of merging Quang Ninh Provincial Sports School into the Quang Ninh Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center.

    The Quang Ninh Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center is a public service unit under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, with legal status, its own seal and account according to the provisions of law; subject to the direction, management and organization of activities of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, and at the same time subject to professional and technical guidance from relevant agencies.

    The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province also decided to reorganize and rename the Quang Ninh Provincial Art Troupe into the Quang Ninh Provincial Art Theater, under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province.

    Quang Ninh Provincial Arts Theater is a public service unit under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, with legal status, its own seal and account according to the provisions of law; subject to the direction, management and organization of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, and subject to professional and technical guidance from relevant agencies.
