Sarah's Art of Deception" revolves around the character Sarah Kim (played by Shin Hye Sun) - a woman of ordinary background but always eager to step into the upper class. Even though she is just a "fake goods", she is still determined to become a "branded goods" in the luxurious society she desires.
With a perfect appearance, intelligence and the ability to manipulate other people's psychology, Sarah gradually built a new identity for herself.
Facing her is Park Moo Kyung (Lee Joon Hyuk) - a cold, sharp man determined to find the truth behind Sarah's glamorous facade. When he begins to trace her ambition and secrets, the tense psychological chase between the two gradually opens up.

In the film, Sarah Kim is the founder of the luxury brand Boudoir, targeting the group of customers in the top 0.1% richest. From the large Christmas tree placed solemnly in the center of the store to the modern display space, where Boudoir sparkling bags are introduced, the art design has clearly recreated the rich and sophisticated atmosphere.
In particular, the Boudoir bag plays a key role in the storyline. Director Kim Jin Min shared: "We chose a design that can clearly reflect wealth, beauty and vanity in just one look.

Costume director Jo Sang Kyung - who has performed costumes for "Squid Game" and the movies "No Other Choice", "The Hunt" - is responsible for building the style for the character Sarah Kim. The costumes are designed to clearly depict different aspects of the life of the same character.
According to Korean media, actress Shin Hye Sun impressed when transforming into many different identities throughout the film.

The actress shared: "Mok Ga Hui is built with a slightly ostentatious style, Kim Eun Jae is pure and elegant, and Sarah Kim is seductive and glamorous.
With a solid script and unpredictable "twists", the film continuously received positive feedback. Shin Hye Sun meticulously portrayed 3 characters Sarah Kim, Mok Ga Hui and Kim Eun Jae, completely immersed in each different ego.
As the story gradually enters the second half, her acting further strengthens the emotional depth and persuasiveness of the storyline.
