Prime Minister reappoints Mr. Hoang Dao Cuong as Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism

    Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 2389/QD-TTg to reappoint Mr. Hoang Dao Cuong to the position of Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

    Decision 2389/QD-TTg takes effect from October 22, 2025.

    Mr. Hoang Dao Cuong was born in 1970, from Hanoi. He was appointed Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2020.

    Deputy Minister Hoang Dao Cuong is responsible for assisting the Minister in directly monitoring and directing the fields of: Physical Education and Sports; Cultural Heritage and museums.
