Connecting public-private resources
The workshop "Developing and promoting tourism destinations through public-private partnership" attracted nearly 100 delegates from management agencies, associations, businesses and experts in the tourism and technology sector.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Hoa - Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism emphasized: "P billion-private partnership is not only an inevitable trend but also a practical solution for sustainable tourism development. When the State and businesses work together, we can take advantage of social resources, innovate ways of doing things and promote the image of a more dynamic and friendly Vietnam to international friends.
According to Ms. Hoa, in the context of the fiercely competitive global tourism market, taking advantage of the power of technology, data and digital platforms from businesses like Traveloka will help improve the effectiveness of destination promotion and advertising, especially for young visitors and international visitors.
Enterprises accompany the breakthrough in Vietnam tourism
Vietnam's tourism story is a testament to impressive growth and great potential. We are honored to be a part of that success. Through cooperation with the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and local partners, Traveloka hopes to open up more opportunities for visitors to explore the diverse cultural beauty and beautiful nature of the country, while contributing to the development of a dynamic and sustainable tourism ecosystem, bringing benefits to the community and local businesses.
The two sides will continue to promote strategic destinations such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and expand to many other localities. Ms. Huynh Thi Mai Thy, Director of Traveloka Vietnam shared.

In the discussion, the public-private partnership model is the "golden key" to developing tourism in harmony between economy, society and environment. When private enterprises accompany the State, they not only create attractive tourism products, but also contribute to improving service quality, standardizing tourist experiences and spreading the message of green tourism, responsible tourism.
Many opinions say that digital transformation will be an "extended arm" of public-private cooperation in the coming period. The application of technology, big data and artificial intelligence not only helps management become more effective, but also opens up opportunities to promote smart destinations, the right tastes and the right customers.
An important highlight of the workshop was the signing ceremony of the Appendix to the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between Traveloka and the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism. The event marked a new step forward in the cooperative relationship, opening many international tourism promotion and stimulus programs for the city in the fourth quarter of 2025.
