At the contestants' welcoming event, Miss Mexico - Ms. Samantha Leyva - impressed in the outfit of designer Duc Vincie. This is the third time the talented designer's outfit has flown in the international beauty arena.
Previously, Miss Russia, Miss Mexico, Miss Haiti wore his outfit in the "Miss Grand 2017" final night. Recently, Nguyen Thi Loan was praised when wearing a metallic dress by Duc Vincie at Miss Universe 2017. This is considered a new step forward for Germany Vincie in particular and the Vietnamese fashion industry in general.
Duc Vincie shared that he had the opportunity to meet the national director of Miss Grand Mexico, Miss Supranational Mexico during a recent business trip to Phu Quoc. Right after the working trip ended, the national director of the beauty pageants went to Duc Vincie's own shop to choose models for their contestants at Miss Supranational 2017.
"To work in an international team, you have to be under great pressure in terms of time, meticulousness and carefulness in every detail. When seeing my design, the partners really liked it and invited me to cooperate immediately, but they had their own requirements that I wanted to change to suit. After supporting Vietnamese contestants in major beauty contests, I was happy to step out into the world even though I knew my position was still new," he said.
With a height of 1m80 by Samantha Leyva, Duc Vincie meticulously extended it by 6cm to suit. After receiving this special design, the 9X beauty appeared happy and decided to wear it at the most important event of the contest. At the same time, she plans to wear another design by Duc Vincie in the final night taking place on the evening of December 1.
