In the exciting atmosphere of the Phu Tho Province Human Resources Development Workshop, the 2025 Job Fair organized by the Provincial People's Committee last weekend has become a highlight connecting "Government - Schools - Enterprises - Workers".
The event attracted more than 2,000 attendees and more than 40 businesses, reflecting the increasingly urgent need for recruiting and training high-quality human resources.
The series of activities at the festival are organized in a practical and diverse direction: Career counseling, direct interviews, exchanges with businesses and in-depth discussions on human resource development strategies in the digital age. Thanks to that, students and workers have the opportunity to access transparent market information, grasp new skills, and clearly define a career path suitable for their abilities and trends.
For businesses, this is an opportunity to seek a young workforce to meet the needs of industries lacking high-quality human resources such as information technology, electronics, mechanical engineering or automation.
Within the framework of the festival, students can directly access recruitment booths, register for internships and learn about vocational training programs from vocational training institutions and businesses. These activities help narrow the gap between training and the ability to meet the actual work needs of businesses.
As a young and dynamic force in the human resource development strategy, students consider the job fair an important stepping stone before officially entering the labor market.
Nguyen Minh Anh - a final year student at Hung Vuong University - shared: "When I was directly exposed to businesses, I understood better the skills requirements in the digital age. Employers are not only interested in professional knowledge but also focus on technology adaptation, teamwork and innovative thinking. That helps me clearly define my roadmap to improve myself before graduating.
A highlight at the event was the signing ceremony of a labor supply cooperation agreement between the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board and vocational training institutions in Phu Tho province and enterprises.
According to Mr. Tran Phuong Dong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Phu Tho Industrial Park Trade Union, the signing is expected to form a stable human resource supply chain, linking training with the practical needs of businesses, thereby improving the quality of human resources in the new competitive context of the province.
The Trade Union will continue to accompany businesses and training facilities, ensuring quality human resources, while supporting workers to improve their skills and adapt quickly to work requirements in the digital age - Mr. Dong emphasized.
