Ngoc Huyen - a fourth-year student at the University of Foreign Languages, Vietnam National University, Hanoi - shared: "I am really impressed with the scale of the program and the diversity of professional fields introduced today. The festival helps me better understand the standards and requirements of Vietnam Airlines and the more I learn, the more I feel ready to make more efforts to become a staff member of Vietnam Airlines in the near future.
Visiting the interactive booths, Van Thanh, a first-year student at the Faculty of International Relations - Diplomatic Academy, was extremely excited to explore the professional ecosystem at Vietnam Airlines for the first time and understand more about the operating fields behind the national airline.
Meanwhile, a friend of Duc Nguyen's class from the International Law Department shared: "I am especially interested in the content of the Legal Department's work because I see that this field has a lot of potential to learn and apply the knowledge I am studying. I think this will be the goal I want to aim for in my career journey".
In the area of the flight attendants, activities such as makeup, hairdressing, and transforming into flight attendants took place enthusiastically, attracting the attention of many young people, and the direct competition round was also held right here.
Hien Khanh - a candidate (22 years old) from Hanoi University of Culture - shared: "Aries flight attendant is a dream that I have cherished for a long time. Today's job fair gave me the opportunity to take a direct entrance exam as well as a better understanding of the profession through the enthusiastic sharing of the judges and the staff in the reception team. That helps me to have more confidence in the path I am pursuing.
The simulated cockpit experience area makes many young people appreciate the work that requires courage, discipline and absolute precise skills of the pilots. Gia Bao - a first-year student at the National Economics University - said: "For a long time, I have dreamed of becoming a plane operator and today's activities help me visualize the path ahead more clearly, giving me more motivation to strive to meet the requirements and hope to wear the Vietnam Airlines pilot uniform one day in the near future".

The talk show with the honest sharing from typical staff of Vietnam Airlines attracted the attention of many students. The stories of the profession, practical lessons and maturity journeys shared by representatives of the Human Resources Organization Board, Head of Vietnam Airlines Branch in China and representatives of the Technical Department strongly inspired young people to attend.
