The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Vu Van Dien - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Civil Servants' Recruitment Council in 2025.
The 2025 civil servant recruitment exam is the first exam after Quang Ninh province implemented the 2-level local government model and is also the first time the province has organized the selection of civil servants to work at the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones.
Compared to recent civil servant recruitment periods, this civil servant recruitment period has many targets (phase 1 is 215 targets). This is also the exam with the most candidates, with 1,176 candidates, belonging to 15 departments, branches and 48 communes and wards.
Of which, 37 candidates are eligible for high-quality human resources according to Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP (December 31, 2024) of the Government.
Round 1 of the first round of the 2025 civil servant recruitment exam will take place over 4 days, from November 19-22, 2025. Candidates will participate in 2 parts of the multiple-choice test on the computer, including: Foreign language and general knowledge.
After finishing the time for taking the foreign language and general knowledge test, candidates will know the results immediately. If you answer 50% or more of the questions in each subject correctly, the candidate will be eligible to participate in the second round of the professional writing exam, for a duration of 180 minutes (expected to be held on November 28, 2025).
