Information related to receiving part-time workers as civil servants has received much attention from readers.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that Decree No. 170/2025/ND-CP dated June 30, 2025 of the Government regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants takes effect from July 1, 2025, so the consideration and acceptance of civil servants as prescribed in Articles 13 and 14 of Decree No. 170/2025/ND-CP is implemented from July 1, 2025.
The subjects of receipt clearly specified in Article 13 of the Decree are: Part-time workers at the commune level before the effective date of this Decree.
Accordingly, the records of the person proposed to be accepted as a civil servant include:
The personal record of the employee according to current regulations must be prepared within 30 days before the date of submission of the application, with confirmation from the agency, organization or unit where the employee works;
Copies of diplomas, certificates and other documents as required by the expected job position;
Health certificate issued by competent health agency within 6 months;
Self-assessment and evaluation of the person proposed to be received in terms of political qualities, moral qualities, qualifications and professional capacity, professional skills, and work process according to the requirements of the receiving agency.
In case the components in the receipt file specified in this clause have been approved by competent authorities and exist in the national database, they can be used to replace the corresponding paper version.
