Continuing the 9th session program, the XV National Assembly, on the morning of 10.5, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairman of the Cultural and Social Committee Nguyen Dac Vinh presented the explanation report, acquiring and revising the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Advertising Law.
After listening to the report, National Assembly deputies discussed in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Advertising.
Next, the submitting agency and the agency in charge of the review will coordinate to explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
Also on the morning of May 10, National Assembly Standing Committee member Le Quang Huy presented a Report on explanation, acceptance, and revision of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations.
Delegates discussed in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations and then, the submitting agency and the agency in charge of the review coordinated to explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
On the same afternoon, the National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents: Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Enterprises; Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Planning; Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Energy Efficiency and Savings Use.
The Law on the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Advertising Law was first commented by the National Assembly at the 8th session. It is expected that, after the National Assembly Standing Committee gave the second comment, the law project will be submitted to the National Assembly for the second and approved at the 9th session.
