The contest aims to select works/products to serve brand recognition for Quang Ninh province, thereby contributing to introducing and promoting to people, tourists, and domestic and foreign partners about the potential and strengths in many fields of Quang Ninh province, calling for investment attraction and socio-economic development of the province.
Quang Ninh brand identity displays the province's comprehensive development goals and orientations "...building Quang Ninh to be rich, strong, civilized, modern, and happy, becoming a city directly under the Central Government"; it is officially used in information and propaganda activities, serving political and social tasks and promoting the province to domestic and international friends.
Quang Ninh encourages the application of digital technology (AI) in creative activities to create innovation and creativity associated with the development of science and technology, showing determination to break through and innovate in socio-economic development; depicting the image of a Quang Ninh that is strongly transforming and integrating internationally.

Quang Ninh province's brand identity set is built on the basis of symbols (logos), slogans (slogans), used to print or install on samples: envelopes, file clips for documents, business cards, wearable cards, desk title signs, hats, conical hats, costumes, briefcases, handbags, notebooks, pens, USBs, locks, parachutes, umbrellas, raincoats, gifts, means of transportation (cars, buses); dossier covers; folding sheets, website interfaces, identification on advertising videos, identification on provincial television channels, signboards, horizontal backdrops, standing backdrops, standee, signboards in front of offices, email titles, avatars (facebook, youtube, Zalo, Tiktok...) and on projects, activities, and events of the province.
The slogan (slogan) of Quang Ninh province is expressed in at least 2 languages (Vietnamese and English), designed independently or combined with a logo to become a highly recognizable product.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee will award 1 first prize logo worth 200 million VND; 1 first prize slogan worth 30 million VND, along with many other prizes. The winning works will be reported to the Provincial People's Committee, submitted to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and selection as the official brand identity of Quang Ninh province.
The contest is widely launched before January 10, 2026, receiving entries until March 15, 2026; results and awards are expected to be announced before April 30, 2026.
