21 commune-level police were selected as identification points and accounts in the whole province of Quang Ninh, including: Ba Che Town Police (Ba Che District), Binh Lieu Town Police (Binh Lieu District), Co To Town Police (Co To District), Dam Ha Town Police (Dam Ha District), Quang Ha Town Police (Hai Ha District), Tran Tien Yen Town Police (Tien Yen District), Cai Rong Town Police and Ha Long Commune Police (Van Don District), Cam Thach Ward Police and Cam Binh Ward Police (Cam Pha City), Mao Khe Ward Police and Duc Chinh Ward Police (Dong Trieu City), Hoanh Bo Ward Police, Hoang Giong City Police and Hoang Giong City Police (Dong Giang City), Hoang Giang City Police and Hoang Giang City Police (Dong Giang City), Hoang Giang City Police and Hoang Giang City Police (Dong Giang City Police).
In addition, the ID card and electronic identification account issuance points at the ID Center of Quang Ninh Provincial Police still maintain citizen reception and issue electronic ID cards and identification accounts to citizens across the province.
To ensure the smooth implementation of the issuance of electronic identification cards and accounts throughout the province, the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police, Quang Ninh Provincial Police has just organized a training conference on the process of issuing electronic identification cards and accounts to the police units at the commune level; at the same time, coordinate with the Staff and Logistics Department to hand over equipment for the issuance of electronic identification cards and accounts to the police of 21 selected communes, wards and towns.
