On November 3, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City signed Decision No. 2335/QD-UBND, approving emergency support of 210 billion VND from the city budget for 72 communes and wards that suffered heavy damage during the flood period from October 25 to 31.
The additional funding source is targeted, in order to overcome the consequences of natural disasters in the first phase, focusing on repairing and restoring essential infrastructure works and helping people soon stabilize their lives after floods.

The city supported 4 billion VND for each commune and ward that suffered heavy damage such as: Tra My, Tra Lien, Tra Doc, Tra Tan, Tra Giap, Thanh My, Ben Giang, Nam Giang, La Dee, La Ee commune, Go Noi, Hoi An Dong, Hoi An Tay, Duy Xuyen, Duy Nghia, Nam Phuoc, Thu Bon, Dai Loc, Ha Nha, Vu Gia, Thuong Duc, Phu Thuan, Nong Son, Que Phuoc, Phuoc Thanh, Phuoc Chanh, Phuoc Nang, Kham Duc, Phuoc Hiep, Vang River, Kon River, Dac Pring, Dong Giang, Ben Hien, Nam Tra My, Tra Linh, Tra Van, Tra Tap, Tra Leng, Tay Giang, Hung Son, A Vuong, Hiep Duc.
Each commune and ward in the average damage group is supported with 2 billion VND, including: Tay Ho, Hoi An, Son Cam Ha, Phuoc Tra, Hoa Vang, Hoa Tien, Dien Ban Bac, Dien Ban Dong, Lanh Ngoc.
The remaining group including: Xuan Phu, Thang An, Thang Dien, Thang Binh, Thang Phu, Dong Duong, Quang Phu, Viet An, Phu Ninh, Ngu Hanh Son, Hai Van, Lien Chieu, Hoa Xuan, Ba Na, Dien Ban, An Thang, Dien Ban Tay, Tam Xuan, Ban Thach, Que Son Trung were supported with 1 billion VND/commune and ward.
This is the first support package, helping localities quickly overcome the consequences of floods, repair traffic, schools, medical stations, drainage systems and support people in isolated and landslide areas.
