On the evening of November 4, the number of customers increased dramatically, and by 10pm there were still many people, all staff had to increase support for the sales area.
"People are concerned about the repeat storm situation in 2017, so they should buy goods quite early. The supermarket has a response plan, ensuring the supply of about 80% of demand during the storm, especially for the group of green vegetables and fresh food - items that are easily missing in bad weather," said Ms. Nhung.

From the evening of November 4 to the morning of November 5, it was noted that at many rice and Bach Hoa Xanh stores on Thich Quang Duc and 23/10 streets (Nam Nha Trang and Tay Nha Trang wards), people jostled to buy essential goods.

The owner of a rice store on 23/10 Street said that in the past 2 days, he has sold about 6 tons of rice, 3 times more than normal days.
"We have prepared more rice reserves and committed to keeping the selling price unchanged to help people overcome the rainy and stormy season," said the store owner.
