Tham Pat village, Lam Thuong commune has 53 households with 225 people, mainly Tay ethnic people living. People live scattered in many locations, dangerous terrain, without national grid electricity.
Previously, to have grid electricity to use, people had to install mini power plants themselves, but the electricity was intermittent, sometimes not bright enough, unable to use high-capacity electronic devices, and the lives and studies of young children were greatly affected.

Ms. Tran Thi Nhinh (73 years old, a resident of Tham Pat village) shared: "Before, there was no electricity, in the evening we had to light oil lamps, the children studied for a while and then had to turn them off. Now that there is electricity, the house is brighter, life is much more convenient. Tet has electricity coming soon, people are very happy.

“In the past, when using generators, the electricity was very weak. In the evening, especially in the summer, electricity was almost not up. After eating, it was not used. Now that there is the national power grid, people are very happy and excited. Children are studying more conveniently," Ms. Trieu Thi Tham - Head of Tham Pat village expressed.
