Lam Dong - The impact of storm No. 3 caused many houses in Lam Dong to have their roofs blown off, trees to fall, causing property damage.

Due to the impact of storm No. 3 (storm Wipha), from the morning of July 21, many communes and wards in the South of Lam Dong province continued to experience heavy rain accompanied by strong gusts of wind.

Many trees in the area fell, and some houses had their roofs blown off.

In Bao Lam 3 commune, at noon of the same day, heavy rain and gusts of wind completely blown off the roof of Nguyen Thi Thanh's family (64 years old, living in Village 5, the old Loc Nam commune).

Immediately after receiving the report, Bao Lam 3 Commune Police quickly mobilized officers and soldiers to coordinate with the Commune Military Command to be present at the scene to support Mrs. Thanh's family in overcoming the consequences.

In Bao Lam 1 commune, in the afternoon of the same day, strong winds completely blown off the roof of a house in Residential Group 8 (old Loc Thang town).

In Ward 1 Bao Loc, strong gusts of wind also caused a house's roof to be blown off, and local flood and storm prevention forces were also present in time to move their assets to a safe place; at the same time, focusing on supporting people to re-roof their houses.

In B'Lao ward, heavy rain and strong winds caused an ancient royal poinciana tree ten years old to fall on a passenger car traveling on Tran Phu street in B'Lao ward.

Similarly, at Bao Loc Pass in Ward 3 Bao Loc (Village 5, old Dai Lao Commune), a fallen forest tree caused a branch to fall on a car moving up the pass.

Fortunately, tree falls only caused slight damage to vehicles and did not cause any human casualties.

After receiving the report, local forces and the Traffic Police at Bao Loc Pass Closet at Madaguoi Station promptly arrived to coordinate with traffic control forces; at the same time, quickly cleared the scene of fallen trees.

Previously, on the afternoon of July 20, due to the impact of storm No. 3, many communes and wards in the south of the province experienced heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms, causing a series of trees to fall.

Many areas of durian trees of the people have fallen, the roofs of houses have been blown off, flooded and many electric poles have broken.

In particular, localities such as Ward 2 Bao Loc and Ward 3 Bao Loc suffered heavy damage. Currently, local authorities and authorities are counting the damage.
