Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued the conclusion of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at the meeting to review the progress of the investment project to build My Thai industrial park and Yen Lu Expanded Industrial Park.
Accordingly, Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just held a meeting to review the progress of the above 2 projects.
Also attending were representatives of leaders of relevant departments and branches, Chairman of Yen Dung Ward and My Thai Commune People's Committee; Representatives of investors of My Thai Industrial Park and Yen Lu Industrial Park expansion.
After listening to representatives of the investor and agencies and units express their opinions, the Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee concluded as follows:
For My Thai Industrial Park: request My Thai Commune People's Committee to focus on thoroughly resolving the obstacles to complete site clearance of this area before January 20, 2026.
At the same time, organize the change of land use purpose, allocate land for the area that has completed compensation and site clearance of the project according to regulations before January 15, 2026.
Accelerate the progress of site clearance for roads connecting to the Industrial Park, completion before February 20, 2026.
Assign the Department of Construction to accelerate the progress of appraising the Basic Design and issuing construction permits for the project before January 15, 2026.
For Yen Lu industrial park expansion, request Yen Dung Ward People's Committee to accelerate the progress of compensation and site clearance for the project, ensuring the completion of the entire area under the project before March 30, 2026.
Allowing the investor access to land to serve the relocation of graves according to customs for the area that people have agreed to, have received money, and have no complaints.
Assign the Provincial Industrial Zone Management Board to regularly update and grasp the progress, report on the results of implementing the assigned tasks above, and periodically report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee every week.
It is known that the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure for My Thai industrial park is invested by Viet Uc Steel Joint Stock Company, deployed in My Thai commune, part of Duong Duc commune and Voi town (old Lang Giang district, now belonging to My Thai and Lang Giang communes, Bac Ninh province) with a scale of nearly 160 hectares.
Yen Lu Industrial Park (extended part) phase 1 has an area scale of 119.83 ha, the project is invested by Western Pacific Investment Joint Stock Company.
Bac Ninh currently has 36 industrial parks established with a scale of over 10,600ha and according to the plan, it will develop to 50 industrial parks, with a total area exceeding 15,000ha.
