The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision approving the detailed planning task of the new ecological urban area, resorts and entertainment services in Lien Bao commune, Hoan Son commune, Tien Du district (now Lien Bao commune, Dai Dong commune, Bac Ninh province), at a scale of 1/500.
Accordingly, the planning research area is in Lien Bao commune, Dai Dong commune, Bac Ninh province, along the North - South expressway in the East (CT.01).
Scale: The total research area for planning is about 91.96ha; including: The area for detailed planning of urban areas is about 84.94ha; the area of existing traffic routes and schools is researched to connect infrastructure is about 7.02ha.
Estimated population of the planning area: About 18,800 people.
In terms of nature, the project will be an ecological housing area combined with a commercial and service center with synchronous investment in technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, environmental quality, harmonious landscape architecture; a modern service and entertainment area of the region, with a modern, vibrant space and attractive utilities.
