Accordingly, considering the proposal of the Department of Industry and Trade and the commitment of Novasia Energy Company Limited, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province agreed in principle to allow Novasia Energy Company Limited to expand the research and survey boundary of the Yen Dung Wind Power Plant Project (excluding wind measurement activities) in Cam Ly commune and Tan An ward (attached with the coordinates of the survey boundary expansion area).
The survey period is until December 31, 2025. Novasia Energy Company Limited is responsible for organizing research and surveys in accordance with the above approved boundaries and time and fully complying with relevant current legal regulations during implementation...
The Department of Industry and Trade is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant agencies to regularly monitor, guide, and urge Novasia Energy Company Limited to conduct research and survey of the Yen Dung Wind Power Plant Project in accordance with the approved content.
The People's Committee of Cam Ly Commune and the People's Committee of Tan An Ward are responsible for monitoring and managing the research and survey activities of Novasia Energy Co., Ltd. in the area according to assigned functions and tasks; creating conditions and supporting Novasia Energy Co., Ltd. in conducting research and survey of the Yen Dung Wind Power Plant Project according to regulations.
According to the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, power source projects expected to develop in Bac Ninh will have wind power connecting to the grid with a total capacity of about 800 MW, of which by 2030, the capacity will be about 500 MW.
Including: Yen Dung Wind Power Plant with an expected capacity of about 150 MW; Son Dong Wind Power Plant with an expected capacity of about 105 MW; Bac Giang 1 Wind Power Plant with an expected capacity of about 55 MW; Bac Giang 2 Wind Power Plant with an expected capacity of about 55 MW; Cam Ly Wind Power Plant with an expected capacity of about 55 MW; Luc Ngan Wind Power Plant with an expected capacity of about 30 MW; Tan Son Wind Power Plant with an expected capacity of about 50 MW.
In addition, there is a Bac Giang waste treatment and power generation plant with a capacity of 25 MW and an estimated 86 MW rooftop solar power source.
