In Official Dispatch No. 2459/UBND-XDCB recently issued, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requested departments, branches, localities and investors in industrial park and industrial cluster infrastructure (IPs, IPs) to rectify security, order, traffic safety, and environmental sanitation.
Accordingly, in recent times, environmental sanitation and landscape work in industrial parks and industrial parks has not been focused on, causing loss of aesthetics and affecting the investment environment.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Bac Ninh Industrial Park Management Board to preside over and request investors to strictly implement infrastructure and landscape planning and organize general cleaning of all roads, sidewalks, plant trees, paint road markings, and repair traffic infrastructure before June 15, 2025.
After this deadline, the Management Board of Industrial Parks will continue to monitor and require investors to maintain hygiene and landscape work, and periodically report to the Provincial People's Committee.
For projects under construction, corrugated iron is required to ensure aesthetics and prevent materials from falling.
The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities must clear illegal tents around the industrial park, propagate for people to maintain hygiene, especially in the Nam Son -ship Linh Industrial Park area (Bac Ninh City). The provincial police coordinate with localities to handle vehicles that are parked illegally around the industrial parks, ensuring traffic order.
The Department of Industry and Trade will preside over the implementation of similar work at industrial parks, reporting to the Provincial People's Committee before June 15, 2025.
Bac Ninh province currently has 15 industrial parks and 37 industrial clusters, with more than 2,600 operating enterprises.
In 2024 and the first quarter of 2025, this province will lead the country in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI).
In recent times, Bac Ninh has achieved many positive results in handling environmental pollution in craft village industrial clusters.
