In early 2024, Duong Bao Minh Company Limited leased a address in Pho Moi town (Que Vo town, Bac Ninh province) to Mr. Nguyen Van Tung as a parking lot.
However, since the end of 2024, Mr. Tung has arbitrarily changed the purpose of use, allowing people to go to the market.
