Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province agreed to introduce the location to the People's Committee of Bac Ninh city for the land in Khac Niem ward, Bac Ninh city with an area of about 9.5 hectares (including: Market and traffic roads about 8.66 hectares; Static parking lot about 0.84 hectares) to implement procedures for implementing the project of Construction of Market Grade I and Static parking lot (with a location map of the land attached).
The validity period of the document introducing the location to implement procedures for implementing construction investment projects (DTXD) is 24 months from the date of issuance.
When the location introduction document expires, if there is no extension document from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, relevant agencies, organizations and individuals are not allowed to use the expired document as a basis for implementing the next steps of the construction investment project.
