On June 15, a photo of the new Thuan An ward in Binh Duong has changed its signboard was circulating online. The new signboard reads "HCMC, Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuan An Ward". Address at 289, Hung Dinh 31 Street, Hung Tho Quarter, Thuan An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The image received the attention of many people in Binh Duong. Many people mistakenly thought that Thuan An city had begun to change the signs of the new ward after the arrangement.
However, according to the reporter's records, by the evening of the same day, the signs at the above location had not changed. This location still has the signboard as the headquarters of the People's Council and People's Committee of Hung Dinh Ward.

According to the People's Committee of Binh Duong province, the province has reorganized 91 administrative units into 36 communes and wards. In which, Thuan An ward was established on the basis of merging An Son commune, Hung Dinh ward and An Thanh ward. The head office is located in Hung Dinh ward.
Currently, some key wards in Binh Duong province are starting to pilot the operation of public administrative service centers. Localities are preparing facilities and personnel for newly arranged wards and communes, including preparing headquarters signs. It is expected that on July 1, all newly arranged wards will officially come into operation.
