The press contest with the theme "For National Security and Peace in Life for the period 2023 - 2025" and the writing contest to learn about the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security tradition, the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection organized by the Provincial Police in coordination with the Provincial Journalists Association and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Yen Bai province.

This year's award attracted the attention and investment of the mind and intelligence of writers with hundreds of participating works. At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 4 A prizes, 10 B prizes, 15 C prizes and 23 consolation prizes to authors and groups of authors.

In which, the work "Preventing the Invasion of Taoist dishes in the Yen Bai highlands" by author Cao Van Tuan - Lao Dong Newspaper won the C prize.
