On the morning of March 8, many localities in Hung Yen province organized the trial operation of the opening program and practiced the voting process to prepare for the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.
In Vu Thu commune, the Commune Election Commission organized trial operation in 33 polling stations in the area. The content includes the opening program at the polling station and full practice of steps in the voter voting process according to regulations.
Through this activity, the election teams review the preparation work, grasp the assigned tasks, and promptly draw experience and overcome arising difficulties and obstacles to ensure that the election organization work takes place in accordance with regulations, safely and democratically.
On the same day, election teams in Pho Hien ward also organized opening practice drills and handled some situations that may arise on election day. Mr. Nguyen Kha Phuc - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Council - directly attended and directed at Election Team No. 8, ballot area No. 8 located at the Cultural House of Cho Gao Residential Group.
During the drill, the election teams fully practiced the opening organization process, guided voters to vote, checked ballot boxes and handled some hypothetical situations that may occur on election day. The steps were implemented seriously, ensuring proper order and consistency according to the instructions of the election agency.
Through direct monitoring, ward leaders have thoroughly grasped and contributed opinions to supplement some detailed contents to ensure that the organization of the election day is carried out scientifically, strictly and safely.
Meanwhile, in Hoan Long commune, from 6:30 am on the same day, the opening trial operation program and election procedure practice were also organized simultaneously in 18 polling stations in the area.
Operating content includes the order of organizing the opening ceremony, issuing ballots, guiding voters to write votes, cast ballots into ballot boxes, handling arising situations and deploying security and order assurance work in the polling area.
Members of the election team were fully present, taking steps in accordance with regulations. The operation session took place solemnly and seriously, contributing to reviewing the entire preparation work, ensuring readiness for the Election Day to take place democratically and in accordance with the law.
Also on the morning of March 8, Ms. Do Thi Thu Hien - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the People's Council of Hung Ha commune - directly inspected and directed the pilot operation drill of the opening program and practiced the voting process at Election Commission No. 4, polling areas No. 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24.
The organization of drills in localities aims to improve the skills and sense of responsibility of members of the election team; and at the same time help units proactively handle arising situations, complete the preparation work for the 16th National Assembly Deputy Election Day and People's Council Deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term to take place safely, in accordance with regulations and successfully.
