Patient suddenly jumped from the 8th floor of a hospital in Bac Ninh

    Bac Ninh - On December 1, a male patient being treated at Bac Ninh General Hospital No. 2 ( Vo Cuong ward) died after jumping from the 8th floor to the yard.

    According to the leader of Vo Cuong Ward Police (Bac Ninh Province), the incident occurred at around 3:00 p.m. on December 1.

    The ward police received a report from Bac Ninh General Hospital No. 2 about patient T. (born in 1965), residing in Huu Chap residential group (Kinh Bac ward, Bac Ninh province), suddenly jumping from the 8th floor to the hospital yard and dying on the spot.

    Previously, at around 9:00 a.m. the same day, Mr. T. was taken to the hospital by relatives for treatment. However, this man did not cooperate and kept demanding to go home.

    At the time of the incident, Mr. T. was recorded to have signs of psychosis related to alcohol dependence.

    Currently, Vo Cuong Ward Police are coordinating with professional units of the Provincial Police to conduct a scene investigation, investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.
