According to initial information, in the early morning of October 15, in Phu Khe village (Tam Xuan commune, Da Nang city), passersby discovered a young man lying motionless next to a damaged motorbike, license plate 92R1 - 7858 attached back.
When they arrived to check, they determined that the victim had died, so they immediately reported it to the authorities.
After receiving the report, the authorities quickly arrived to block off the area, examine the scene and investigate the cause of the incident. The victim was identified as a man born in 1996, residing in the locality.
The victim had a wife and two young daughters, the oldest of whom was only 6 years old.
