On May 22, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province announced that Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan had issued instructions on the plan to arrange working headquarters for departments and branches in the new province after the merger.

Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan assigned the Department of Finance to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to review and complete the plan to arrange working headquarters for departments and branches after the merger, and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval in May 2025.

At the same time, it is allowed for provincial agencies and units and localities to survey, prepare estimates and repair the headquarters of newly established communes and wards, with a budget of no more than 1 billion VND/unit; to be completed before July 1.

The Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee agreed on the policy of assigning headquarters at 219 Nguyen Hue Street (Quy Nhon City) to the Provincial Party Committee Office to arrange workplaces for cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's advisory and support agencies. The Provincial Party Committee Office is assigned to review and propose specific repair and use plans.
