Previously, on March 18, the Command of the Border Guard of Ho Chi Minh City received information from Hai Nam Shipbuilding Agency Co., Ltd., about the SEA VALARY ship (Thai nationality) discovering and rescuing a crew member, Mr. Heru Partiman (born in 1969, Indonesian nationality) drifting at sea. Immediately after that, the Border Guard of Ho Chi Minh City directed the Border Guard force of Ba Ria - Vung Tau port to organize the reception of victims according to regulations.
At about 3 pm on March 19, the SEA VALARY ship docked at the port in Vung Tau, and the Border Guard of Ba Ria - Vung Tau port sent military medical for first aid, initial medical care, and carried out reception procedures. Then arranged and arranged accommodation for Mr. Heru Partiman at Border Guard Flotilla 2 (under Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard).
At the handover ceremony held in Vung Tau ward, Mr. Heru Partiman sent his sincere thanks to the Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard force for their concern and enthusiastic timely support during his stay in Vietnam. At the same time, he thanked the Government and functional agencies of Vietnam for creating favorable conditions for him to return home soon to reunite with his family.
