On the afternoon of March 31, the Office of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province said that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has officially issued a Decision to receive and hand over many redundant land and housing facilities managed by the Ministry of Finance to communes and wards for management, exploitation and use.
The transfer is aimed at being consistent with the actual situation, promoting the use of public assets in the locality.

Specifically, Nguyen Phich commune received the land of U Minh State Treasury and the headquarters of the old One-Stop Tax Department of U Minh district (hamlet 3). Tran Van Thoi commune was assigned to manage the headquarters of the old Tran Van Thoi State Treasury (block 9).
Cai Doi Vam commune received the old Phu Tan District State Treasury headquarters and the old Phu Tan District Single Window Department. Phan Ngoc Hien commune was assigned to manage many facilities including the old State Treasury headquarters, the Single Window Department and the Ngoc Hien District Statistics Office.
Vinh Loi commune receives the headquarters of the State Treasury and the old Vinh Loi District Tax Single Window Department; Hong Dan commune receives the State Treasury facilities, the old Phuoc Long - Hong Dan Regional Tax Single Window and Statistics Department.

Dam Doi commune is assigned to manage the old Dam Doi District Tax Sub-department headquarters; Tan Thanh ward receives the inter-commune Tax Team facility, ward No. 1 on Ly Thuong Kiet street.
Hoa Binh commune receives the headquarters of Inter-Commune Tax Team No. 1 (old Hoa Binh - Vinh Loi area) and the old Hoa Binh District Statistics Office; Vinh My commune receives the headquarters of Vinh My B Commune Tax Team.
The relocation of the above-mentioned housing and land facilities is expected to help localities be more proactive in managing and using public assets, effectively utilizing existing facilities to serve socio-economic development.
