    This afternoon, the military forces on the islands of Co To Special Zone, Quang Ninh province mobilized human resources, machinery, equipment and people to clean up and clear fallen trees on traffic routes.

    Currently, in Co To, there are occasional showers and winds but not much.

    According to initial statistics, Quang Ninh has not recorded any major damage caused by storm No. 3.
