Currently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment is directly implementing and organizing the collection according to the list for 05 fees and 38 fees. To contribute to removing difficulties and supporting production and business activities; The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment proposes to reduce the fee collection of fees and charges in the last 6 months of the year as follows:
Regarding fees
For the effective maintenance fee by planting plant varieties: 20% reduction of the current fee is specified at Point 3, Section III, the fee and fee in the field of cultivation and forestry varieties issued together with 207/2016/TT-BTC (for items from the 1st year to the 3rd year; from the 4th to the 6th year; from the 7th to the 9th year; The business is enclosed with 207/2016/TT-BTC (for the section from the 10th to the 15th year; from the 16th year to the end of the validity period of protection).
Central Government: Discount 20% of the collection level specified in Circular 01/2022/TT-BTC.
Regarding fees
Fees for granting certificates of quarantine of animals and products at sea; imported, transit, temporarily imported and re-exported aquatic products (including export warehouses), border gate transfer: equal to 50% of the fee collection rate specified in Point 1, Section I of the fee and charge table for veterinary work issued with Circular No. 101/2020/TT-BTC.
For fees for granting veterinary service practice certificates: equal to 50% of the fee collection rate specified in Point 2, Section I of the fee and charge table for veterinary work issued with Circular No.101/2020/TT-BTC.
