For Thanh Hoa City, organize the reception of ID card application at the headquarters of Dong Tho Ward Police (address: 03 Nguyen Phuc Chu, Dong Tho Ward, Thanh Hoa City) and the headquarters of Dong Khe Commune Police - Thanh Hoa City (address: Vien Khe 1 Village, Dong Khe Commune, Thanh Hoa City).
Second, for cases where citizens have received their ID card application at the district-level police before but do not register to receive it by post, contact the commune-level police where they reside to receive it.
