Nghe An Department of Construction said it has coordinated to deploy propaganda and send forces to be on duty at Cua Hoi bridge, not allowing people to travel during the prohibited period to ensure safety.
According to the forecast, storm No. 5 will cause strong winds and heavy rain in Nghe An - Ha Tinh, posing a potential risk of insecurity on coastal routes, especially the Cua Hoi bridge project across the Lam River.
