The People's Council of Phu Tho province, term XIX, has passed Resolution No. 15/2025/NQ-HDND stipulating policies to support travel and accommodation costs for cadres, civil servants, public employees (CBCCVC) and workers in agencies and units under the management of the province.
According to the Resolution, the policy is applied to civil servants and employees at Party, State agencies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and provincial-level public service units (including units that are partially self-guaranteed or have regular expenditures guaranteed by the State).
Specific subjects are those who have to move their workplace due to organizational restructuring, including:
From Vinh Phuc province before the arrangement to Phu Tho province before the arrangement and vice versa.
From Hoa Binh province before the arrangement to Phu Tho province before the arrangement and vice versa.
From Hoa Binh province before the arrangement to Vinh Phuc province before the arrangement and vice versa.
Travel support:
800,000 VND/person/month for subjects traveling between Vinh Phuc - Phu Tho.
1,600,000 VND/person/month for subjects traveling between Hoa Binh - Phu Tho or Hoa Binh - Vinh Phuc.
Not applicable to people who have been arranged with centralized transportation.
accommodation support:
VND 2,400,000/person/month.
Not applicable to people who have been arranged public housing.
This policy will be implemented for 12 months, from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
The funding source for policy implementation is allocated from the central budget and local budgets.
The Provincial People's Council assigned the Provincial People's Committee to guide, approve the subjects, payment methods and organize implementation. At the same time, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committees, the Delegation Groups and the Provincial People's Council delegates will perform the supervisory function.
The issuance of this support policy aims to remove difficulties for civil servants and employees who have to travel far from their place of residence due to organizational arrangement, ensuring living conditions, stable work and contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the grassroots government apparatus.
