On the morning of June 15, Can Tho City Police coordinated with the City Social Work Center to organize a mobile ID card issuance for children infected with dioxin, children with mental illness and children with cerebral palsy being cared for at the Center.

According to Can Tho City Police, this is an activity demonstrating the sense of responsibility, dedication and profound humanitarian meaning of the People's Public Security force in ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of all citizens. Especially vulnerable groups in society.
At the meeting, Can Tho City Police took photos, collected biometrics and carried out the necessary procedures to issue ID cards to 37 cases directly at the Center.

The implementation process was carefully prepared, coordinated smoothly between the two units, ensuring speed, accuracy and suitability with the health characteristics of each case, without disrupting the normal activities of the students.
Most of the students who are eligible for ID cards this time are in particularly difficult cases, lacking identification documents, and unable to access normal administrative procedures.

The activity not only aims to complete legal documents but also contributes to helping children access State support policies on health, education, social allowances, health insurance, other benefits and legal support in the future. This is an important activity in concretizing the humanitarian policy of the Party and State for children in special circumstances.
In the coming time, Can Tho City Police will continue to deploy mobile ID card issuance rounds, expanding the scope of support to other groups of people in difficult circumstances such as people with disabilities, the elderly, the elderly who are unable to walk, people with mental illness... to ensure civil rights for all classes in society.
The activity of issuing mobile cards to children in special circumstances has clearly demonstrated the spirit of "Serving the People" and spread the message of a humane, united society, "leaving no one behind". This is also a vivid testament to the effective coordination between the City Police and units in caring for, protecting and accompanying the less fortunate lives.
