On November 17, the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police (PCCC and CNCH) of Ho Chi Minh City Police informed that the unit had successfully carried out a special emergency rescue, bringing a 150 kg male patient who had a stroke from the 3rd floor to safety.
The incident occurred at around 7:00 a.m. on November 16 at house number 521/75F Cach Mang Thang Tam, Hoa Hung ward. The victim was identified as Mr. Vu X.C. (born in 1987), in a state of complications, paralysis of the right side and complete inability to move on his own. Due to health status and large weight (about 150 kg), the 115 Emergency Center had to request support from professional forces.

As soon as the information was received, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 10 - Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police quickly deployed forces. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Duc, Deputy Captain, directly commanded the rescue team to approach the scene.
After assessing the victim's condition and location, the rescue team applied a methodical and accurate plan: using a specialized life bucket, combined with safe transformation techniques and spinal fixes to ensure maximum safety for the patient.
After only a few minutes of deployment, the victim was taken to a safe place and promptly handed over to the medical team of the 115 Emergency Center for further treatment. The rescue plan is assessed to be accurate, timely and ensure absolute safety.
